BIG THANKS to all our 2025 Pride Volunteers!
We appreciate all the effort to make 2025 our best Pride yet!
We are always in need of volunteers to support all avenues of festival success. As a thank you, volunteers get a free Prideville Tshirt! While we are not yet taking volunteers for 2026 Prideville Festival, there will be ways that you can help throughout the year. Here is a breakdown of roles/shifts you can select:
Street Team: Help us by hanging posters, engaging with local businesses to ask for their support/space to post.
Graphic Design/Promo: Got an eye for design and the software to back it up? Help with web, social posts, sponsor shoutouts...
Represent Prideville by Tabling: Join our team to promote Prideville events during regional events and meetings.
Event Host: Have a great idea for a meet-up or Prideville gathering? Drop us an email at [email protected] to offer suggestions and to support by hosting (this means being the point-person who is going to be coordinating logistics and welcoming folks to your event). Prideville can partner with you for networking, advertising and possible funding by request.
Event Support: Help with a range of tasks like setup/teardown and checking registrations at the door.
Setup/Teardown: Physical work of lifting, shifting, carrying, and moving of equipment, furniture, boxes, bins, etc.
Community Canvas Booth: Support Prideville's community craft - anyone can make a mini flag, and you help display them.
Gate Greeter: Be a friendly greeter at the event or festival, count attendees with a clicker, help all to read and agree to event rules.
Pride Scout: Take an observational role, be available to answer attendee questions and direct folks to Staff/information.
Merch Booth: Staff the Prideville swag table and help customers with event info and retail purchases of all the great gear.
Poster Making: Get crafty and make signs to help remind attendees of the ground rules and uplifting messages for the day!
Safety Team: Join the team in planning safety protocols, risk responses, and to help keep eyes on events and attendees day-of. De-escalation training and equipment provided, and all Safety Team volunteers will be supported before, during, and after events with focus on wellness for all. Various responsibilities are needed, and every helper is welcome as this is a priority volunteer role.
