Priority and discount given to LGBTQ+ and BILAPOC owned businesses (please inquire via email if discount applies prior to submitting payment). For new vendors (2022 and beyond) a $50 vendor fee is required. No vendor fee for first year (2021) participants. Rainbow and BILAPOC pride swag encouraged!
Resource Booths
Community resource partners with 501.c.3 status are welcome and will not be asked for vendor fees for this event, however donations are welcome and appreciated. Priority will be given to community resources that serve marginalized communities within Crook County/Central Oregon. Rainbow and BILAPOC pride swag encouraged!
Entertainers & Performers
Main Stage will be cranking out music and entertainment throughout the day, and if you would like to perform up front please also sign up through our Vendor Application form (see tab). For other types of entertainment (think crowd engagement: face painting, aerial arts, ect.) email [email protected] with information about yourself.

- Volunteers are needed for the day of Pride (see Volunteer Registration tab)
- Purchase a tee, sticker, button, etc. and show your Pride year-round
- Promote! Help us get the word out through your own social channels
- Recommendations for other vendors, entertainers and participants
- Follow us on Facebook and Instagram, and drop your contact into our website form on the homepage
